We stand behind our educational programmes. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, we offer a full refund. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Self-paced online courses
  • Four-week digital reset programmes
  • Coaching session packages

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@removeorganclean.world within 30 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. We will confirm receipt and process your refund within 5–7 business days

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit (typically 1–3 business days).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

  • Free introductory consultations
  • Programmes accessed for more than 30 days
  • Downloadable materials after access
  • Community membership fees (refundable under the 30-day policy)

5. Subscription Cancellation

If you have a recurring subscription or membership, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, but you retain access until your billing period ends.

6. Coaching Session Cancellations

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full. In extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

In rare cases (e.g., technical issues preventing access, service failures), we may process refunds outside the standard 30-day window. Please contact us to explain your situation.
